Your first point of contact with our company is with our amazing Receptionist, Patricia. Trish handles all phone calls, emails, text messages, updating owners, billing … I’ll stop there because the list is quite long of all the things she does. Trish has over 10 years of experience as a dog trainer herself, although these days she works more behind the scenes so she can spend time with her family.
